Impressed with the Jetstream so far. May have to get the non camo version also. Interesting about the zips. Yet to have a problem but will bear it in mind moving forward.I have the dew point, as well as the Jetstream, you should be fine, yes there are an 'athletic fit' but as long as you don't have a huge beer belly it will work.
The dew point can be a little noisy though.
The Jetstream, I live in mine, only issue are the pocket zips, they have started to fail, but the main zip is fine

I wouldn’t exactly describe myself as athleticI have the dew point, as well as the Jetstream, you should be fine, yes there are an 'athletic fit' but as long as you don't have a huge beer belly it will work.

Have you looked at Bushwear? They seem to stock the Timberline amongst quite a good selection of Sitka gear. I am hoping there will be more stockists of it soon as I have taken quite a liking to the Jetstream and although not "waterproof", I remained dry for a week whilst in Ireland.I’m 5’8” with a 38/40” chest and I wear a Woolpower base, a Sitka Core Merino, then Sitka Ambient jacket (brilliant and super quiet plus showerproof) all in Medium. Then I can top with either a Jetstream M for wind or a Thunderhead M for wet - both of which are excellent for their purpose, if a touch noisy but not enough to be an issue. I also have an Incinerator jacket for super cold - a USA purchase as no one stocks enough Sitka here in the UK. Can’t even get the Timberline pant in green here.
I’d say find your size and stick with it for all your layers. You can always exchange if you’re buying from a UK stockist - who do you recommend btw? All seem to have a limited selection at best.
