Smith and Wesson M&P 15/22 optic

Hi Guys
I have just purchased a new S&W M&P 15/22 .22LR semi auto rifle, I bought It for a bit of fun plinking, some action shooting and maybe for taking the occasional rabbit.

I would be interested in some optic recommendations please, especially from people who have experience with this rifle.

I have an MTC Mamba 1.5-6 x 42 IR on mine - relatively cheap but robust with good glass (comes with decent lens caps) with a good mag range giving the flexibility for plinking or a spot of vermin control - comfortable 0.5” groups @ 50m (RWS or Winchester HP subs, moderated). All the noise comes from the bolt cycling the next round but at 50 from a truck it’s not that noticeable I would imagine at the rabbit-end.

Cheap Hawke 2-7x32 on mine. Have only plinked away with CCI minimag but the combination achieves decent accuracy until I get carried away and up the rate of fire. It cycles subs on occasions that I've tried. After a change of zero for them I'd be happy with body shots on bunnies.

Have also fitted flip up irons on 45 degree mounts and have to say I'm impressed with performance on the 25 yard line.

I'v got an Original German HK STANAG claw mount. H&K mp5 /G3 Stanag Scope Mount. with rail fitted FOR SALE .​

I just have a cheap 1-4 scope fitted but also a 45 degree mount for a vortex red dot, I only really use mine for practical shooting, though I do have a better scope I could fit for more accurate shooting, though I have never really seen mine group anyway near as good as my cz bolt action
