Just when you thought the new FM may bring a bit of stability and credibility back to the SNP ( not that I really want that) FM John Swindle announces he is not going to support the findings of the independent Holyrood parliamentary standards committee and instead support his pal that admitted (eventually) to misuse of a Government issued iPad and wrongly claiming ,£11,000 in expenses.
