, He was traveling left to right @ some heck of a speed, out about 50 yards, put a .270 Barnes 'X' 130 grain old style bullet into him just behind the head, exit is the bit you can see in front of my left knee halfway down the ribs.

I was just told that there will be a druckjagd around my village held on Saturday 29th December it was set up by the locals so now I am madly getting sorted out, I will use my .270 Win.
There is normally an annual druckjagd in early January organised located only half km away from here by the forestry dept but last year they allowed roe to be shot on it so my permissions owner and his neighbours had dropped out and this years drive was cancelled.
Hope to get onto the boar if my luck holds.
