Sous Vide tools chamber vacuum sealer. Bought to comply with regs for my home butchery but no longer required as I've shut up shop. Absolutely pristine condition, and only used to try it out. Suitable for canister vacuum sealing too. I'll also include a pack of 100 bags.

Up to what size bags will it do?
And how fast is it? (ie, time taken to vacuum and seal each bag).

250mm wide. And probably a 15/20 second cycle or so on medium vacuum. Bag size is 250 x 300 max
