Speedy Medical proforma

Does anybody have any experience of a company that does a proforma quicker than 28 days? My GP doesn’t seem to want to fill it out very quickly!

Exactly this ^^^^. Our uncooperative local surgery not only refused to do the form but stalled the release of the medical records to the independent until we threatened action given they were in breach of the 30-day SAR timescale. Good luck - we have since moved practice en mass and the new surgery is a breath of fresh air.
