Does anyone on here have any idea of price paid for leases?, is it by the acre?, do you query what neighbours policies are?, my worry would be paying for ground that depends on neighbours for stags etc during the rut, maybe you’d get put to the back of the que for asking too much?, it’s no easy to get a stalking lease these days, in the highlands it used to be relatively easy to get stalking, it seems it’s very much in demand, I am very fortunate with the pieces I have although they are only recreational bits, you couldn’t offer client outings.
