Spy Point Link Micro LTE help/advice

My Spy Point Link Micro LTE isn't working.
It stopped sending photos and required a firmware update, which I did. I'm fairly sure that it ran out of battery whilst updating the software.
I've put new batteries in it and attempted to reflash the firmware but it just sits there with the green light flashing.
Anybody else had this and know a way of getting none corrupt firmware back into it?

It will need to go back to Thomas Jacks via the retailer you purchased it from. You could send direct with proof of purchase.

Thanks for the reply, I thought it would.
Have you had the same issue?
I went on line yesterday with the Spy Point help chat. It wasn't the best. Basically recommended to switch unit on and off, put new batteries in it, put a new clean SD card in it, then when none of that worked I downloaded new software for it and ended up in exactly the same place as I was 40 minutes earlier.
Corrupt firmware.
