Stalkers UK wallpaper

I logged on tonight and there seems to be a wallpaper, Stalkers UK in the background which makes it difficult or near impossible to read anything, what's going on??

I have no trouble and nobody else has mentioned it. Sounds as if the problem is peculiar to your computer, is it still happening?
