STOLEN - "too hot to handle"

Thank you for all your supporting comments.
The irony is my actual show - JetSled - stock was outside the show in my trailer and was secure and all still there when I got back on Sunday morning!!

Yes everything was in the JetSled on the quad JS1Trailer(r) but covered over so you could not see what was in there.

The call to the winchshop to tell them the winch the specially delivered to me Saturday morning for the demo had been stolen from me was not a great call.

Yes I have insurance and can claim, but its the actual "theft" that has upset me most, I could have stayed outside and just sold my JetSleds, I did the demo to add value to the show itself and that effort has cost me...

We shall see how Staffordshire Police get on with the CCTV images and serial numbers being circulated on the National Stolen Plant Register etc....
I take it the Adage of No news is good news doesn’t apply here?

and in another part of the world add up the value here ffs...btw the crusher is a proper boat too.

SEEKING URGENT HELP TO LOCATE STOLEN VEHICLES!!!
Absolutely devastated.
Our car caravan and boat and car all stored on our friends property in Luscombe near Beenleigh have all been stolen.
We are currently overseas. All had locks on. Keys and spare keys were at our daughters in Brisbane. Any help any sightings any info please message me urgently.
This is our whole life. We have been travelling Australia for 3 years and everything we own is in our caravan and car. Our family is absolutely devastated. Had air tags in all 3 and tracking has stopped over the last few days.

F&ck you not, every time I’ve been to Bulgaria, LC’s, esp 70/79’s driving around, and plenty ‘as new’ for sale roadside. Pretty impressive for the poorest country in europe

UPDATE:
First and foremost a huge THANK YOU to the members of the SD who helped with in some cases very small pieces of information, but that together completed this theft jigsaw puzzle....
Without the SD members helping I do not believe the offenders would have been identified, traced and located!!! So big thank you.

The update is that the Deer Sector is a small very well connected community and as a result I have identified, traced and located the 3 offenders and recovered all the stolen equipment which is great. Worthy of note is that they are all currently FAC holders.......despite a lot of requests I will not be naming and shaming on here.
At 20.30hrs they wheeled the JS1Trailer(r) containing all the equipment out of the main hall via the main show entrance, to their van and away. They state that the security staff had to hold the doors open for them as they could not get the JS1Trailer(r) through one door.
What I have not been able to find out is who was their 'sponsor', who enabled them to still in the Main Hall 3.5 hours after the show had closed.
Staffordshire Police are continuing to pursue their enquiries.
The key for me is the help from the SD members in getting my equipment back and tracing the offenders. Thank you again everyone, even if all you did was add an empathetic angry emoji to the thread!!
Stay safe and secure.... they walk amongst us.
Good hunting everyone!
Barry

Fantastic news, you must be hugely relieved!!
Well done to everyone who helped figure it.
Staggering how brazen it was to have just walked out through the doors with all. I suppose that's why it worked, security probably assumed no thief wijkd be that obvious.
Sometimes it really is true that in plain sight is the best place to hide!

Made up for you that it's all recovered

Jim

Great result.

I understand why nobody can be named at this stage, but if and when the individuals are actually charged, the convention is that they can and should be named as a matter of transparency. Apart from anything else, the rest of us need to know their identity just in case we have been or are being exposed to them, or can contribute further information.

I'm curious to if they're on here 👀

That is excellent news. I was at the show both days, caught just the last part of your presentation on day one, went back for the rest on day two and was horrified to hear what had happened, as well as massively impressed by your "keep calm and carry on" demeanor. I'm so pleased that you have recovered your gear, too - a double satisfaction.

Absolutely terrific news that all of the equipment was recovered! I was stunned that folk would have the gall to steal all of this kit, considering the niche, and at a trade show no less, with the myriad of cameras and people present.

I'd always considered the pretense that FAC holders are much more likely to be law abiding, knowing how little it takes to have that grant revoked for the smallest things, yet here we are, with 3 complete imbeciles bucking the trend. Hoping justice is duly served.

Here's hoping the gutter press don't try to make hay with it.

Here's hoping for a good ending. As far as shooters being honest well consider this. From my earliest years I was always advised (and did) to have my initials impressed on my cartridge bags to avoid the embarassment of others "confusing" their inferior cartridge bags with your cartridge bags. Especially as mine are three Brady pigskin bags. Too untrusting? Consider that earlier this year a shooting ground co-owner I shoot with had someone "confuse" themselves over his expensive SwatCom earmuffs at a CPSA Registered one hundred bird shoot and walked away with them for them never to be seen again. So, yes, they do...the dishonest...walk our paths too.
