I guess some offences are easier and quicker to make stick?

£200 each and no defence so a guaranteed conviction and if not paid then made worse and off to court. Trying to prove hare coursing is difficult and has a good chance they all get off or only one gets charged and probably less than £200 by the magistrates if the CPS even run it. Seems like a good outcome to me.

Ok lads
Just een in the paper the rspca have admitted to releasing fox cubs which i thought was illegal!
Then same paper (sun) police caught 12 pokeys hare coursing on boxing day and they were fined £200 each for, wait for it.........
Breaching covid regs!!!!!
Someone once said the law is an ass but what happenend to one rule for all.

Sound good. So I will be out tomorrow on neighbouring land with me rifle and knock some of their deer over (wearing a mask of course).

The RSPCA and others that release foxes should be required to M/Chip them so in the event of a chook house massacre the RSPCA can be held liable for damages.

Not a bad idea.Wonder if it could be done to the pikeys as well.
