I think where I've been going wrong is trying it with a chrome book, will have to fire up the old laptop and try again

It took me a while in the end I uploaded and saved the StrelokPro file from my old phone through imazing then dragged and dropped it onto my new phone window. Various passwords them required on phone computer job done.

My old phone was factory reset before I found out about imazing, possible that I changed my apple login as well in that time

To all who are reading, this has worked for me, @Utectok very kindly emailed me his strelok pro file, I muddled through and got it to save on imazing, then updated my phone and I now have strelokpro again on my iphone. Yes I've had to input all my data again, but its worked, thanks once again to Utectok

Evening guys - I do actually have my Strelok Pro app file sitting on my mac and am able to run the app on my mac. Just not my phone.
How did you get the file you were emailed to ' save on imazing' ?

I think the issue is that the version sat here on my mac has the extension .app and I think the version needed for iphone will the extension .ipa
Presumably thats why imazing cannot help me.
I dont recall buying the app separate for mac - just thought i had been running it through the 'apple silicon' trick where iphone apps run on the mac.

I think what I did was manage apps in imazing,then browse, then clicked on the file and downloaded,the phone then "backed up" and strelok was on there

So this does work if you have bought the app historically on your Apple ID. But the imazing app I have has expired it’s free trial and magically changes all you .IPA roles to something else that won’t work once this has happened… so regrettable I cannot help anyone anymore sorry….

In the end I took the old Android phone I had at work and installed it on that.
I found the APK file online without paying for the latest version.

Otherwise you can still find it on the "Samsung Store" or "Huawei Store App" and by paying around €11 you will receive all the updates as before

It required the IPA file for me, but it doesn't work for me.
