If you set it up to renew you would have got an e-mail from pay-pal to say so.
You should also be able to find the details in your pay-pal account.

Hi Alex I've checked paypal and it says recurring payment.Just got worried because I got a message saying subscription was about to run out.Thanks for your help. Kind regards Tony
