Swarovski Binos Service

Hi Guys

I would like to get my Swarovski Binos serviced etc. I bought them secondhand years ago in mint condition and they’ve been great but now in need of a service after much use.

Anyone got the contact details, an idea of cost to have them done but also how long it’s likely to take. They are 8x42 EL’s.

Any help and guidance appreciated.

Just Google swarovaki service UK and email. I need to replace a lost eyecup and email response back from Europe and 2 days later parts arrived. Also had the focus wheel replaced under warranty a few years ago. 2 weeks and good comms throughout. If out of warranty sure they will quote you for the work needed being doing

Last time I used them for a scope repair it was exactly 6 weeks door to door. Came back good as new with no charge.

I got my ones, EL Range, back repaired and serviced FOC!
Should have been £300

I also sent my el range recently. Service and various new parts including new armour. Free of charge and 4 weeks back from posting. Absolutely fantastic service

Where your glasses under warranty.?
Iv got a pair handed from my past grandfather . I don't have any paperwork for them and they sat doing nothing for years , but I'm wanting to get them serviced , cleaned etc..

I got a pair of 11 year old 10x42 EL range last year at auction knowing they had issues. Spoke to swarovski and sent them to the UK office. 8 week later and they were returned fully repaired and all for free

Set up an account. Register your products. You can order spare parts direct and all sorts of stuff. Sorting out a service shouldn't be too hard either.

Mine were under warranty but don’t think it will make much difference.

Thanks for the information I'm going to look into getting a service.. I don't think I need any repairs , but always good to get them checked out as they were handed down.
