Does anyone know if Swarovski have still got a UK office I can contact for service?
The email addresses I have are dead and I can only find an Austrian address on their website?

Sent a set of bins back today

I had a set go back earlier in the year. Emailed and they sent an email form to fill in. I posted to UK. They were posted back from Austria and everything was sorted so no vat / customs charge. Very smooth. Exceptional customer service.

You'll get them back in no time. I sent my two swarovski 6x42's habicht's back to Austria for a service,had them back in two weeks. Cant get much better than that.
