Swarovski vs Schmidt and Bender

Wait on till you have a problem with a Swaroski ( a scope i personally brought ) Had one service previous no problem at , another fault found few yeats after and i get " we havent got the parts " So that is how they stand on promises "
if you sell with a lifetime warranty , you need to stand on ! And keep stock parts , so you can forfil promises.
I’ve had repairs done - and they were my fault (dropped) and can’t complain at all - from the communication to having them pay to have it collected and kept up to date - as I said, hands down the best service I’ve had since leaving the US - and many on here seem to say the same.

Agree from past personal events , newer ones ? Nope ! I guess with the lesser brands have been catching up a lot faster . Sort of mirrors the car trade to be fair Cheaper cars are way nearer the cheaper brands and they are very happy to sell small basic runabouts . Looking back 30 years say the top brands where far ahead but the drift has widened very noticeably!
