I’ve had repairs done - and they were my fault (dropped) and can’t complain at all - from the communication to having them pay to have it collected and kept up to date - as I said, hands down the best service I’ve had since leaving the US - and many on here seem to say the same.Wait on till you have a problem with a Swaroski ( a scope i personally brought ) Had one service previous no problem at , another fault found few yeats after and i get " we havent got the parts " So that is how they stand on promises "
if you sell with a lifetime warranty , you need to stand on ! And keep stock parts , so you can forfil promises.
