Unfortunately a syndicate member who joined last year has had to step out this season due to unforeseen circumstances.
So available place to the right person. But I’ll be perfectly honest you don’t have to be a seasoned stalker, novice stalker are welcome. Just want a clean, tidy, polite person, who engages with other members, respects the land and owner’s privacy, to complete a 5 person syndicate.
1500 acre lease north east Leicestershire. A single block of land, a mixture of woodland, arable and grass.
The ground is a private estate with rolling hills and valleys, two footpaths and no public roads. Although the ground has vehicle access majority is on foot. So a level of fitness is required.
On offer.
Deer stalking and vermin. (Muntjac only as there is only a few roe which we are leaving to get established.)
Save Zero facilities out to 400 yards with bench.
No restriction on access.
Land is passed for .30cal.
Carcasses belong to the stalker
Only 24hr notice needed.
What isn’t on offer.
No night shooting.
No highseats.
No guests.
£1600.

DSC1, insurance, FAC (open or closed).
There’s enough information to make an informed decision whether it’s right for you or not. Many won’t agree with the price but I don’t care. I haven’t put 25 stalkers on the ground just a handful of good guys and ground like this does not come up in the midlands very often.
