T3/X Rail fixing threads?

Can anyone please confirm the threads for attaching rails to the above.... 6-48 UNEF or UNS? I need to source a tap.

M3.5… easy to check using a screw from an electrical socket

It’s UNS, UNEF doesn’t really exist for threads below a no.12. But it’s irrelevant as you have the size (6) and tpi (48), that’s all you need for the spec

As far as i’m aware, only early T3’s were M3.5, they then changed to 6-48. The T3X has always been 6-48.
