That time of year again

This time of year the hunting team have venison and wild boar sausages made. 200kg this year of lightly smoked beauty's. I had 5kg of the cheese and chilli and 5 kg of the five pepper ones. The cheese and chilli are my favourite.

Just finished vacuum packing them and now they are safely in the freezer. I'm having a couple for dinner this evening.

I too have a sausage run to do - probably 120-150 lbs this year!!
