Thanks for posting that. It was very interesting. I still have Webley products in use. In our time, we were really very good at so many things, now sadly just memories.
Back in 1982 a neighbour (he was an officer at the Bergen Belsen camp liberation) gave me his .455 model to strip and clean as I was an aspiring pistol smith at the time.
It was so well fitted it took me 24 hours to do, it worked like a fine watch as I remember.
