Mine always pulls out my LC when it’s got stuck..and also comes over and gives me a jump start on the rare occasions when the battery dies!

I forgot about the rescue stuff......I went corvid shooting and wanted to get set up in the dark...drove into the stubble field but forgot about the flood the week before...ford ranger up to its axles. Got set up 100 yards away...shot 30 or so corvids then got the farmer to tow me out ...there was lots of laughing involved and a very muddy truck

Oh the other thing is ..he’s a tee totler ..so what do you give him to show appreciation!
I’ve given him some tins of air rifle pellets,A Theoben Rapid 7 .22 air rifle,some 410 carts..but he insisted on paying for them..some plumbing fittings..odd bit of plumbing work!
But he’s Not Fussed..

I only do the honey as we have our own bees ... bloody expensive if you have to buy it

Had permissions since I was 14. Still had several plus it being part of work. Now it's a sort of work and interest.

All the ones I have have known for yrs, friends more than acquaintance's, I take out owners friends stalking, another the landowners wife says she sees deer while riding, and suggested I get on one of her horses and shoot one ! The husband told her a 308 makes a bit of a noise, I declined, another asked if I wanted some drinks after finishing shooting, after carrying all my gear and a load of rabbits , I told him another day , because I just wanted to go home, more like mates, but rich mates with lots of acres.
