Well the start of them with the first batch that will be stuffed into skins today.
Sambar venison,pork fat,fennel,chilli,garlic blah blah.
My mate sent me a pic of the mince and although it doesnt look it the mound weighs 25 kilos.
He and another mate will attend here to do the main big batch sometime in July, first off we need to do is to hang a few deer up.
These are rippin` snags cooked on a wire grill over coals..Eucy coals not those stupid heat bead things.
