I have a pulsar axiom that was doing weird stuff on the screen and wouldn’t work.
I brought to Thomas Jacks for them to look at it and they decided it needed to be sent off to the Pulsar repair centre, where it was found that some electrical connection was lose.
Whilst it was under repair I looked at replacing it, but after assessing the newer models, it appears that range wise there’s not much improvements, although for clarity there is. I just use my thermal to quickly scan land then use binos to check animals properly, so clarity isn’t of massive importance.
Anyway, delighted that I received back last night fixed, cleaned up and free of charge (I was expecting to have a bill of a couple of hundred). That level of service is excellent and I thought deserves mention.
