Selling the muzzle brake which came with my tikka tac 6.5 as I’m never going to use it. It’s never been fitted and still in packet with anti rust inhibitors from factory.

To be honest, wasn’t sure what it’s rated to but I got it with a 6.5

How far in does the thread start, is it designed to slip over the barrel before the threads engage?

The thread starts around 15mm inside. The diameter of the hole is 20.8mm

Many thanks for confirming, pity as it wont fit a Tikka Super Varmint.

The big screw on to is to allow fitment of a heat shield over the barrel. So don’t tighten it up.
