Tikka 595 All Weather. Stainless sporter in 22-250. As I seemed to always reach for a 243 when the 22-250 would have done, this has a genuine sub 100 round count.
It was screwcut 1/2" UNF by Neil Mckillop. Bolt body was spiral fluted to a very high standard at the same time. Trigger is as crisp as you'd expect and currently set at 1.25 pounds. It has been in an aftermarket stock and it can be sold in a used Tikka synthetic stock at £475 or in a very tidy Tikka Deluxe wooden stock with cheekpiece and rosewood pistol grip cap and foreend tip for £550. It's as close to a new 595 as you're likely to find and shoots just as you'd expect.
Tikka 595 Stainless sporter in 6.5x47. Pac-Nor barrel, screwcut 1/2" UNF. All work by Neil Mckillop. SOLD.
Dakota Predator .223. Stainless, single shot bolt action with a true micro action. Currently in a factory Dakota synthetic stock, but will be sold with its very pleasant original walnut stock as well. Stainless bases custom made by Neil Mckillop (who also screwcut it for a moderator- 1/2" UNF) to take Optilock rings will be included, together with the currently fitted 30mm stainless rings. Jewell trigger. The rifle has fired maybe 200 factory rounds, likely less. It likes RWS 55 grain so much I never bothered reloading for it. These are now made by Parkwest Arms in South Dakota and retail there at about $4500, without such quality mounts and definitely without a Jewell. Selling for £1900.
I may also list my 6mm BR Dakota Varminter, but am still wrestling with that decision.
