Tikka CTR to floorplate conversion?

Hello.
I have a Tikka CTR .308 and use it only for stalking. I did think about selling it, but it shoots so well.

The 10 rd mag digs into my back when using a sling.

Can I convert it to a smooth floorplate? And better trigger guard?

Get a 3 shot magazine - it's almost flush with the underside of the stock

To be honest, I didn’t know they did a three shot mag for the CTR.

I have done the normal Google search but only found the 10 rnd mags.

A standard T3 trigger guard and mag will fit and work. You’ll need to do a small amount of fettling to the stock for the trigger guard to drop in stress free. And you’ll need the magazine detent spring that sits under the trigger mounting a screw.

Just a note- You will end up with gaps around the side of the trigger guard due to it being narrower than the CTR.

Riflemags.co.uk sell the watersrifleman ctr floorplate that uses AICS magazines.
You can then buy 3 and 5 shot magazines to suit.
