Tikka m595 trigger issue

I have been having issues with my M595 trigger sear not engaging properly, this only seems to happen when the bolt is cycled very quickly as you would do for a fast follow shot on an animal that is running. Bolt closes fine but cocking indicator is forward in the fired position and there is the tiniest of firing pin imprints on the primer of the chambered round, not enough to ignite it it seems but enough to stop me using the rifle for fear of a slam fire.

This is a fairly new rifle to me, its a donor rifle I had rebarrelled by Steve Kershaw to 25-45 Sharps, I've had it a year or so now but only really recently has it been used in anger in the field to any great extent as load development took linger than planned and i have the 6.5x55 for most of my stalking anyway. The trigger mech, sear and bolt all appear to be clean with nothing fouling the sear, though i've not removed the trigger unit yet.

Number 1. Can sear engagement be adjusted on the factory trigger?
Number 2. What drop in aftermarket units are available if I can't resolve the issue with the current unit.

Cheers

If it's the same as my lsa55, dear adjustment is by file and fit, and as far as I know, there are no aftermarket triggers available.

This can happen if the pull weight has been adjusted too light
If it is the pull weight adjustment turn the rifle upside down and close the bolt it will let the firing pin fall every time even if bolt is closed slowly

^^^^^^ this
I had the same problem with mine, I was trying to lighten the trigger pull when the pin would fire on closing the bolt, just wind the screw back until it cycles reliably. Be sure to slam the bolt hard and bump the butt of the rifle on the floor to make sure it is safe, without damaging the rifle ofcoarse.

I had the same issue, I fitted an after market spring to lighten the pull which meant I did not need to adjust it to its fullest extent to achieve a lighter pull, I think I have an as new spare factory trigger unit lying around, if you need one PM me
