Time Limit for level 2 ?

Evening Everyone,
I passed my level 1 in 1999, and then registered for my level 2 straight away, got all the paperwork great.
As i was then a member of H.M.Forces, it was difficult to find the time. I now plan to go on one of these courses that are offered for your level 2.
Will my level 2 registration still be valid?

I am sure you only get 3 years to complete it, otherwise you will have to re register

3 years then youve to apply for it again mine runs out 1 /11/12 so im needing to get on with it too
