Today at work I.....

Sat on my backside staring at a computer screen. But in doing that I fixed a fair few tele-handlers and backhoe loaders across the globe. Its not quite like being on the spanner’s, but on a bright note I didn’t get wet & cold and now I only lose knuckles on my own jobs!

Pleased for you. Always a worrying day.
Thank goodness it's not really something we worry about here. The test is more or less an annual formality. One of the advantages of living on a narrow peninsula (limited wildlife migration) where the majority of farms are self contained (limited livestock movement on).

Fed housed ewes
Fed cattle
Sorted through cull ewes for mart on Tuesday
Treated some bad feet
Rescued goat with head stuck in fence
Had my pants down at Mole Valley
Bedded cattle & ewes
Filled ewes & cattle hay/silage rings
Rescued goat (same goat) with head stuck
Moved the goats
Fencing repairs
Fed ewes
Fed cattle

Ps: And I did risk an appointment with HR by letting it be known throughout the office that dungarees were an acceptable item of workplace attire this Friday only!!

I did nothing all day yesterday and I didn’t finish, so I’m carrying on today.
Ken.
I have quite a few days like that. Yesterday It was a wind still day so I went out in the garden and blew all the leaves to one places with my new leaf blower. Loaded half of the pile onto the trailer today. Does life get any more exciting than that?
