Top notch after-sales service from Element Optics

Whilst out zeroing a few weeks back I unscrewed the turret cap from my Element Optics Titan scope in order to reset the zero, I obviously didn’t tighten it up and promptly lost it. A temporary fix with an M6 brass bolt saved me from also losing the turret index.
I contacted Element Optics Europe to see if they could supply a replacement and the replacement part has just dropped through my letterbox, complete with a few freebies, all FOC. 👍
To be fair, I have sung the praises of their products on this site a number of times and shall continue to do so, well done.

Very reassuring to here in today's modern times. I've just bought the Nexus and really cannot fault the glass at all. What sort of freebies did they send out of curiosity? I've lost my throw lever that's all and will be getting in touch with them in the coming days.

I have been impressed with the titan but just a little bit too heavy for me. I have the Nexus on a 22lr and don't intend to move it on any time soon as I really like the Mil C ret. Bought second hand, not sure I would have paid the full price new given other perhaps better options at £1200 to £1400 but definitely worth what I paid. Good to hear their customer support/services is on point...

I too, have had excellent customer service from these guys. Puts the rest to shame. Had a nexus with a turret I wasn’t happy about the amount of play and emailed them from the point of contact to having it replaced with a brand new scope was around a week…

I'm glad to say the service continues.
I also lost a screw cover recently. I tried a.couple of well known vendors who said they couldn't get spare parts.i approached element optics direct and a new turret cover promptly arrived. No idea how I lost it, will re zero this afternoon then out again.
Very good service, as seems normal for them given this thread already exists.
Well done guys.
