Thanks for that Rob. As I use a variety of trailers and I don't want to bugger up the towing vehicle electrics I'm going to go for one of those. Having now got the right search terms, it appears quite a number of people sell the same item but yours works out just cheaper and they have some medical first aid kit I need so a "one stop shot".
