This dog is the half brother of my older GWP (same dam) and is looking for a new home though the owner loosing his stalking ground.
Direct message me if you are interested.

Here are the details from the rescue site post:

This lovely boy is a Mira and Tab pup needing to relocate due to no fault of his own. His family are devastated but have run out of options due to their own housing issues. They have done their best to keep him, but the situation is becoming too stressful for all of them so they have made a very difficult decision putting Otto's welfare before their own feelings. The following is what they have said about Otto
🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Otto is a lovely 7 year old, he will be 8 in august, he’s house trained very good with children, not so good with other dogs due to being attacked by two labs when he was 4/5 months old, we think he thinks he needs to protect us from the other dogs.
He’s been worked on deer and wild boar, not worked since Covid loosing the ground where we had rights to shoot. He’s good on a lead and good recall. Does blood trails very well.
No health issues.
🐾Update, the situation is getting more desperate for this lad now. He is in kennels in Usk full time now and may soon loose his place there due to holiday bookings. His family are devastated and desperate to find him a home where he will be loved and preferably working to some level. He is reactivate with other males, but not so much when he is with the kennel staff as when with his family. We ideally would like him to move from where he is to a permanent home, rather than him moving from pillar to post🐾

I took on a 7 year old GWP from this forum that needed re-homing & it was a resounding success, although I won’t pretend that the first 3 months were a doddle. He was also reactive with other dogs to begin with but within 6 months we had that sorted out & he’s pretty much off the lead all the time now & generally ignores other dogs, and certainly not aggressive. He will be 15 this year.

Good luck,

J

I’d take him myself but don’t have enough work for two GWPs let alone three!
