Treats while training

Ladies and gents, for those of you who feed your dogs raw what do you use for ordinary and high value training treats?
I find that using raw tidbits gets incredibly messy and every thing that's touched gets covered in gore.
On the other hand using dog biscuit goes against the raw principle so I find myself looking for a cleaner yet healthy option

Your ideas and opinions will be most gratefully recieved

I put strips of venison mince in the dehydrator - think jerky strips but with no seasoning.
Yet to find a dog that doesn’t love it!

Crikey, I'd be up for that never mind the bloomin dog
great idea, I've no access to venison here but I'll find a suitable substitute. Thank you

Either cheese, any cheap cheddar type will do or liver. I don't faff about with liver cake, just bake liver until the juices stop flowing then cut up into small chunks. The liver has the higher reward value.

Liver cake works well for my dog (raw fed). 400g liver (I added the kidneys last time too), 1 egg, 150g flour - in the food mixer, mixture spread out so it’s about 1cm thick and baked at 180c for 40mins. She loves it.

As above you can buy cheap packets of cubed cheese which will work well.
That said I would always prefer a ball/toy reward over food.
