Deerhunter make some big sizes. I was out for 8 hours in Storm Amy in beginning of October and was dry in Deerhunter coat, trousers. Not overly expensive. They may be worth a look.

Go outdoors, modern walking trousers are either waterproof or quick drying, they come in green and have enough pockets
