FiL passed away last year & his solicitor has finally instructed an agent to sell his flat.
Located in Alverstoke within a short walk of Stokes Bay as well as HMS Sultan & easy reach of HMS Collingwood, Solent Airport, etc. not to mention short commute to HMNB Portsmouth, etc. via the ferry.
