Chatting to Phil @Overlay about shooting "as you do" he mentioned about a scope he had brought (Hik) that was not being used so he came up for a cupper and brought it with him, the .243 has not been out much as my 4k is on the .270.
The 700 is 15 years old and still grouping well so set it on top and zeroed it with the zy function's and save!! lol
Local hot spot has 2 places with the last being the furthest also they do come late for what ever reason at that spot, new IR so need to turn down the power settings, quite a strong wind in my face also muntjac height cover.
The new owner said "yes" to carry on from her brother and please shoot the deer! Late but they come when they want!
2 young bucks as I guess they have not quite turned into the dark side of fighting and chasing does.
