This comes with flip-open lens caps and a QD Weaver/Pic mount. This is New Old Stock only fitted to a rifle for looks and not shot. The box has signs of storage but complete, but no instructions (as if they're needed).
Battery included, I installed it to check, and it's all working as it should.
