Morning everyone, regarding the above do you leave the silverskin on or not?
If on, to keep the chops together (?)
does it require a good set of dentures.

Yes, and if properly cooked, no.

Yes and no (as lochty says!). If you trim it then you'll end up taking off the flank too and lose the shape of the chop.
