Venison game larder book?

Hi has any one read the venison game larder book. Just seen it come up and it looks pretty good from the reviews?

Its a good, well put together book. Good write up on the issues around culling deer for venison, preparing your venison, great photography and good recipes.

Two books I recommend to folk, this one and the River Cottage Game book by Hugh Extremely-Long-Name which is a more general game book, but also useful for prepping game.

Venison game larder is a fantastic book. Passionate stalker and highly skilled chef, a great combination. The book also features some great photography. Highly recommended.

It's a great book. A good friend of mine was closely involved in it. The other great venison book is the Ultimate Venison Cookery Book by Nicola Fletcher.

It's a very good book - I did a quick review here: Venison: The Game Larder

As Glyn says, Nicola Fletcher's book is the other "go-to" manual for venison cookery.
