I over cooked some mule deer steaks the other night so I ran them through my meat grinder down to a fine texture. I mixed it with some prepared horseradish spread, a bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and then tossed in a heaping spoon full of sweet pickle relish. I chilled it over night and had it on french bread for lunch today. Outstanding!~Muir
