Victorinox hunter pro opinions

I need a second knife and was thinking about getting a folder, namely this victorinox hunter pro. Looking at the blade, it appears to have an edge on both sides at the tip. That seems like a bad idea both from a gralloching and, being a folder, a safety perspective since it would have an edge exposed when closed. Or am I missing something?

It only appears to have an edge on the spine but it is just the way it is ground. It only has one edge (where you would expect)

I handled one recently. Thick spine, felt strudy. I quite liked it. Seemed a useful, heavy(ish) duty folder.

If you like that shape as a back up folder, have a look at the EKA No9. :thumb:
I prefer and would recommend the Swede EKA No 10 with the yellow handle.

As @Cottis correctly said it is only a ricasso, not a sharp edge.
I use the Alox Hunter version of this knife. This doesn‘t have the thump opening hole but it is basically the same blade.
My verdict, go for it! Brilliant knife!👍
