VW Amarok anyone have one?

It's a bit shorter from the hook , I think the hook to putgarten is around 850ks and it's all good roads. How do you work your mpg out ? Do you just brim to brim as I can't ever get mine right

My bad - it's Puttgarden, Fehmarn, where we take the ferry across to Rodby.

Travel up via Osnabruck, Bremen and Hamburg.

I go right to the top of the filler neck each time if I want to measure it, and then compare recorded trip mileage with what Google maps reckons the distance should be, which I find is often very close on longer journeys. I don't bother keeping an eye on it with day-to-day travel, but it's interesting to see what's happening when you're trundling along on longer journeys and not in a hurry to get anywhere.

All in its hard to top the Hi-lux.

that is what I thought...:D

Africa is a hard continent, don't see them as much in other adjacent countries as in RSA...and if you see one in the bush (Botswana / Zambia / Zimbabwe or Mozambique), he is probably South African...

Don't either see them with high mileage...majority get sold just out of service plans round about 62 000 miles / 100 000km...

Hi had 2 roks both 8 speed auto highlines cant fault them both done 40k each second one is a ultimate nice to drive as im a big chap. Waiting for the new v6 highline to be delivered in 4 weeks. First one use to do 29 mpg this one is doing 28 empty and about 22 with big trailer on.
I like it and it cruises comfortable at 85 mph. Good of road as well on the motorway need the bfg on for the best of road. Plenty of room inside as im a big chap.
