I’ve been shooting over pointers in the borders and the highlands. Both great people but the borders was nicer accommodation and easier walking. The highlands had the amazing views but harder ground.
I can put you in touch with the owners via DM. But this is shooting over pointing dogs, rather than walked up. I’ve done both and shooting over dogs is probably the best experience I’ve had with a shotgun. And 4-6 guns would work, you just take turn in pairs at each point. They could probably arrange true walked up shooting for Partridge and pheasant too, if it is solely walked up shooting you want.
