Wallaby burgers anyone ?

Maybe they should suggest a cull of the wallabies on Inchconnachan Island on Loch Lomond - that'll get the animal cuddlers having a fit of the vapours!
There again, Wallaby burgers do sound ok!

IIRC I saw a BH drone survey a a small wood in Cambridgeshire with over 70 wild wallabies in the field next door. The next “muntjac” :-|
Your recollection sounds dubious to me.
When you can show proof of this then I'll believe it.;)

Pretty sure it was during BH's presentation at the FC's Worcester conference a couple of years back (the one at which the BQWV scheme was announced). I shall do some digging :norty:

I know of one farm with almost fenced wallabies near Huntingdon. I've seen wallabies outside of this farm twice but not heard of that number loose
Still searching but BH have a specific Wallaby page with some videos on it:

More here in the Isle of Man

And this headline

PS: I used to live a Wyton - hence my "handle"

I did assume you were ex air force, that farm is very close to the air field

Me too oddly enough but I fear it would be like CWD - not much of a challenge!
I don't think CWD could be called easy after shooting them on a few venues .
The Venues i have shot CWD i have yet to come across particularly easy ones. Tough one though because i have had Roe lick my boots , smell by rear and i did have a Sika hind here that wasn't at all bothered about me or my dogs and she often slept by the side of my kennels
