Get rid of bases immediately and buy Warne with warne 30mm rings. £100 total and you’re done and have good quality steel on steel
You can get 1” PH rings for a fiver, but the rare 30mm will set you back around £300

Seemingly sportsmatch fit, although I don’t like the quality TO86 for 30 mm Medium, and HT075 for 30 mm High)
