Have a look at the seeland estate boot with the neoprenen lining........as soon as i kill my le chameau's (which won't be long 'cos they aren't that durable....bought for me and not my choice) i will be buying them. The rubber is very durable, they have a good vibram sole and a decent thickness of lining. They sell for around £160.....not as cheap as muck boots but far more sturdy (i know several folk who managed to tear the neoprene muckboots very easily...although they all said how comfy they were).
