Wanted: West Midlands or close opportunities

Hi All

First of all hello, I am new to this fine forum.

I am very interested in accompanied stalking and use of an estate rifle for deer stalking around the west midlands or at least 40 miles or so radius.

My interest is for food, rather than trophy, I used to be a chef and appreciate organic and natural foods.

I am thinking of getting my fac, but would like first hand experience of the stalk, I regularly rough shoot rabbits, wood pigeon and squirrels, but feel it is time to up the ante.

Similarly, if there is nothing available currently, how do you guys sell, supply the meat?
