First light in the Kimberley. I was laying in the grass beside a small waterhole near Wyndham as the soft dawn crept across the rugged beauty of the Kimberley. I couldn't believe my luck when this beautiful Gouldian Finch landed just a few metres away for a quick drink where a ray of sunlight hit the puddle.
