After much thought I have decided to let this gun go I would say it’s potentially the best example of a classic to be found anywhere it has a stunning piece of wood which would be hard to match with any modern grade six or above timber . I’ve owned this gun for the last ten years when I purchased it it was fully serviced re blued and the wood was refinished with best London oil it’s been meticulously looked after ever since and only been used on occasional game days . It comes with a 5/8& 3/8 Teague super extended chokes rrp £84 each also improved modified and light modified extended ported briley choke rrp £77 each also five original win chokes and a set of original flush fitting win chokes two of the original win chokes have got a bit of rust on them which I will try and clean up
The gun has 28 inch barrels
2&3/4 chambers and is steel proof
Lop is 14.5 inches
As you would expect there’s signs of wear on a gun of this age they are there’s a tiny bit of pitting in the chambers minimal and the front bead is missing other than that it’s mechanically sound and no faults
The stock is pretty straight with minimal cast
There’s over £320 worth of chokes in the teagues brileys alone plus the flush fitting win chokes I bought extra as I didn’t like the look of the original win chokes
A Quick Look on guntrader over the last few weeks whilst pondering selling has seen these range in price from £575 to £1000 currently there’s two for sale both raised rib trap guns not spotters like mine with this in mind I would like £900 including extra chokes etc and rfd fees
